"I’ve used PSContacts for years and…"
I’ve used PSContacts for years and LOVED them. Shipping was fast, prices were low and there was a large variety to choose from. I was able to buy my Rx contact lenses 2 pair for $20 around $35 for 6 pairs. Acuvue Oasis. Ever since they paired up with VisionPros, it’s all gone downhill. Prices went up just for a pair of lenses I would normally buy. I have to buy in large quantities making it more expensive and there’s less variety. Before I would have given PSContacts 10 stars. Now, Zero if I could.

"I get contacts from them twice a year…"
I get contacts from them twice a year and it does take about 2 weeks to get them but I still get them regardless. They're not good with answering back but you do receive your order even if it takes forever for them to come.

"I have ordered contacts from here and…"
I have ordered contacts from here and I've never had a problem but all of a sudden on this last order I made they lost my contacts. They couldn't tell me where it was and just acted like it was nothing. This is my eyesight and my money we are talking about. I feel this is a scam.

Never sent me a tracking number, then would not reimburse for contacts that never arrived. Customer service did not respond to my inquiries.

"Terrible"
Terrible. Ordered my contacts before Halloween and it took a month. Also no where on their website says it’s in Canada unless you go to the about us page. Never should of let me continue if you couldn’t ship to Florida.

"Worst Return Experience- They tried to rob me."
First PSContacts mailed me the wrong prescription, (even though my prescription from my eye Dr. was attached).
Then, after I spent nearly $20 mailing the contacts back to an address they gave me in Washington state with a tracking number, they didn’t want to refund my purchase. I had to make a dispute with my credit card company because PSContacts refused to issue a refund “until they first received the contacts”, which my tracking said they did. On the phone, PSContacts said they shipped the contacts to a different address in Canada to confirm there were 4 unopened boxes inside and they expected to keep my money until then. I have no idea where they mailed them in Canada. I don’t know the condition they will arrive. If they wanted the contacts returned to Canada, they should have simply told me to do so because now what happens if they get lost? They won’t issue a refund and it was shipped to Canada likely without a tracking number or insurance. My credit card company refunded me and will deal with PSContacts moving forward. 0/5 stars. I would NOT RECOMMEND PSCONTACTS TO ANYONE. Bad company. Bad practices. Rude employees. Never again.

I never write reviews, but I decided to do so this time because I read all of the negative comments and almost didn't purchase from this company. I can tell you that I received my contacts (which were the lowest price of anywhere I looked) one week after the date of purchase. NO issues at all.

"Was skeptical based on prior reviews"
Was skeptical based on prior reviews, but...

Ordered 4 boxes of Acuvue Oasys 90-pack at the lowest price I've ever seen ... yes there was a crazy high processing fee but that still brought the order total to less than $200 even with insurance and express shipping. Took 1 week from date of ordering to arrive. Never got a shipping confirmation email but pleasantly surprised to receive so fast!

"Zero stars!!"
Zero stars!!! The worst experience buying lenses in my live!
I ordered 2 boxes of contact lenses ACUVUE OASYS 1-Day 90 pack for power -5.50 and power -6.00.
I used 70 lenses and I had 10 creased or broken lenses in the box with power -6.00. So because I have the different power for my eyes it means I can not use another 5 lenses with power -5.50 - just because I don’t have a pair! And it means that I lost 20 lenses because they are defective!!! I sent them photos damaged lenses and asked to compensate money for unusable lenses. They told me to sent them these lenses or they will not compensate my loss. But opened lenses dry in 6-8 hours - it's impossible to keep them for sending! Totally don't recommend this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Placed an order and it’s been 7 business days and still shows “processing “ I have called and no one answers and left voicemails and no call backs. I tried using “live chat” but it stated it was closed and send a message and still no response. I have emailed multiple times but no response!

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY"
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! This is Not a US company & it will take a month to get your order & even longer to get a refund when they screw up! I’ve had Zero communication from Customer service, when I do call I get the run around & they tell me they are still waiting for the order to be returned 3 weeks later. I ask for a manager but I’m told no manager is available & someone will call but no one calls. This company is BS. Save your time & money.

"Worst customer service"
Worst customer service I’ve ever felt with. They got my address wrong and I had to wait over 2 weeks just to figure out where my package was. Still haven’t received it and am disputing charges.

"You get what you pay for"
I bought my contacts (with a valid prescription) and received them quickly and that’s when the problem started. Between the time I bought and received them, my eye doctor scheduled another exam out of concern. Suddenly in a time of two weeks, my prescription changed. I received an rma number and mailed back my unopened lenses with the NEW prescription information. The lenses were returned to their WA state liaison with tracking. It has now been one month and still no replacement lenses. I have called and emailed. I have had no resolution. One would believe their liaison in WA state could send a message and tell them the contact lenses have been received and please expedite the replacement lenses. That would be too easy though. There is truth in the statement “you get what you pay for”.

"Good luck trying to place an order"
Tried to place an order for contacts but their web site put me in an endless loop when trying to check out. I opted to check out as guest and got as far as shipping options. I updated the order, but the only option was to proceed to checkout, which started the whole process over again.

"Don't trust this company"
Three things.

Their FAQ says that their orders will be shipped out within 48 hours if it's in stock. I ordered my contacts during Thanksgiving (US) week. The company is located in Canada. They do NOT celebrate Thanksgiving in November. It's been almost 2 weeks and still have not shipped my contacts out.

Also it says that the processing fee is only $2.99. I was charged $7.99 for my order.

I contacted them about it, and there's no response even though it's been days. There's no update on the order either.

I'm currently going through PayPal to get my money back. If it's cheap, there's a reason for it.
