"Return was actually easy"
I had to exchange my lenses and it was straightforward. Support got back to me fast, and the return instructions were clear enough to follow without any hassle. It did take a few days though, so not instant, but overall it was NO BIG DEAL.

I was mainly just trying to find the contact lens brand I already wear, and PSContacts had it right there without making me search all over the place. They also carried a few other brands I’d been curious about, so it was nice to compare things a bit while I was there...
The site felt straightforward and I didn’t get that annoying feeling of being pushed toward random extras. Just a solid selection in one spot, which is really all I needed. I’d order from them again, especially if it stays this easy.....

"Slow replies from customer service"
Tried reaching out to pscontacts.com about my order and the replies from customer service were really slow. Had to send follow-up messages and still didn’t get a clear answer. Frustrating when you just need a simple update. Not a great experience...

"Decent site, but a little clunky to use"
The website was okay overall. I was able to find what I needed after clicking around a bit, but it didn’t feel as smooth as it could have. Some pages loaded a little slowly, and the layout wasn’t always super clear. Reading between the lines, it feels like everything works, but the site could use some cleanup to make shopping easier. Checkout went through fine in the end, just not the most seamless experience

"Delivery was confusing and unreliable"
I’m frustrated with the delivery. It did eventually show up, so I guess that’s something, but it was late again and the updates weren’t very clear. One minute it seemed like it was on the way, then nothing for ages. Just not a great experience overall

I asked for a refund and didn’t expect it to come through that fast . There wasn’t any annoying back and forth , and I didn’t have to wait around for ages . It just got handled , which was exactly what I needed .

I’m particular about how things arrive, especially contacts, and this package met my standards. The box wasn’t crushed or beat up, and everything inside looked clean, sealed, and properly protected. No complaints at all

I was getting low on contacts and realized it right before the weekend, which is usually when I remember stuff like this for no good reason. I checked a few different sites and PSContacts actually had my lenses in stock, so that was a nice surprise.
The ordering process was easy, and I didn’t have to sign up for a restock alert or wait around wondering when they’d be available again. Nothing fancy, just a simple experience that worked out the way I needed it to.

"Tracking ended up being accurate"
I ordered contacts from PSContacts, and I kept checking the tracking because I wasn’t totally sure it would be right. But it actually updated when the order shipped, and the delivery date ended up being correct too. Maybe I’m just used to tracking being off, but it was nice not having to guess when it would show up. Overall, simple experience.

"Decent overall, but HSA support was disappointing"
The service itself seemed fine, and I didn’t have any major issues besides payment. But trying to use my HSA card was frustrating because they wouldn’t accept it. That was a big downside for me, especially since I expected insurance or FSA/HSA support to be easier.

I ordered contacts from pscontacts.com because the price looked decent, and I just wanted to get it done without overthinking it.
The box showed up fine, but the packaging looked different from what I usually get from my eye doctor. Maybe it was a different batch or something, but I don’t have a lot of patience for guessing when it comes to stuff I’m putting in my eyes.
I emailed them and got a generic reply that didn’t really answer my concern. At that point I was annoyed and just decided not to use them. I’m not saying they were fake, but something felt off to me.

"Discounts can be kind of hit or miss"
Some of the discounts are actually decent, but the promo codes don’t always work for me, and that gets annoying. I feel like I kept trying codes and they just wouldn’t apply, which is frustrating when you think you’re about to save more. Still, I did save a little on my contacts, so it wasn’t all bad. Just wish the promo codes worked more consistently.

"They’re fine, just not my favorite"
I mean, the lenses were okay overall. They arrived in decent shape and I could see clearly enough with them, so no major issues there. But after a few hours, they started feeling a little dry, which was kind of annoying. Not unbearable or anything, just not something I’d want to wear for a really long day. So yeah, not bad, not amazing. I’d probably buy them again if the price was really good, but they wouldn’t be my first pick.

I reordered my lenses through pscontacts.com and it was straightforward since all my info was already saved. Took maybe a few minutes, which was nice! I do think the site could be a little clearer in a couple spots, and checkout felt kind of slow for me 😅 But overall, for a simple reorder, it got the job done without much hassle.
